Carolina Utilities Company LLC is based in Jacksonville, NC. With generations of construction experience at the helm, we provide water, sanitary sewer, & storm drainage services, both public & private, all over Eastern NC. Carolina Utilities was established in 2019 due to a need for a reliable utility company with a focus on high quality customer service. Carolina Utilities was started with the goal of providing reliable utility construction services to our surrounding area.  Underground utilities are critical to the growth and development of our communities.  Our team of dedicated employees’ commitment to quality workmanship helps ensure the infrastructure and pipe we install today can serve our communities for generations to come.
